All returned faulty products shall be repaired within 21 days of receipt at JAM Essentials premises or an appointed service agent, provided the following procedures have been followed.

  • Product is within the one-year guarantee period.
  • Product is not abused or tampered with in any way.
  • Proof of purchase slip accompanies the return.
  • All returns are collected by our designated transport agents.

Should JAM Essentials or its appointed service agent be unable to repair the product within the 21 day period, JAM Essentials shall either exchange the product or credit the product at JAM Essentials sole discretion.

  • All faulty products to be reported to us with a phone call or email as stipulated on this policy.
  • You will be supplied with a reference number for your repair for follow up communication.
